DeAntonio D50
This job was to supply and fit a protector cover whilst the boat was not in use. Materials used were Valmex Nautica light and Tenara PTFE thread. We engineered the cover to be fitted by one person. Mesh strips were installed to allow water to flow through the cover and into the guttering on the sunroof. The job was started from scratch. All fittings were installed, and EVA pads were CNC cut for the foredeck spa to provide padding for the cover. All material fixings were installed into tri-layered PVC.
