Please describe the project specifications

The client wanted a top that provided ample shade and could be quickly deployed or collapsed, making time on and off the water more efficient. Our objective was to create a large Bimini Top that provides maximum shade while being easy to use and store.

This top was designed for durability and convenience, built with premium materials like stainless steel tubing and Sunbrella and Aqualon fabrics. The edges were heat cut to prevent fraying, and all fabrics were reinforced for added strength. The pattern was measured and processed using 3D technology for a perfect fit.

What made this project unique were the added features like custom surf pockets made from silver Aqualon Edge fabric. These pockets protect surfboards by keeping them cool, reducing heat buildup, and preventing damage to the board. All while providing a convenient place to store the boards up and out of the boat and out of the way. The stainless-steel frame and high-quality fabrics ensured long-lasting performance.

The project exceeded all expectations by offering a functional, easy-to-use Bimini Top built with premium components and high fabrication standards.

What is unique or complex about the project?

We chose to submit this project because it stands out as one of the most visually striking Bimini tops we've produced this year. Not only does it offer a perfect fit and clean look, but it was also refreshing to work with a color other than the typical black seen on most wake boat Bimini tops. Additionally, the design is more robust and simpler than traditional Bimini tops, offering a seamless and sturdy mounting solution for wakeboard towers.
