Please describe the project specifications

From Shawn Basore, MIG Executive Producer:
"MIG has been creating experiences for companies for over 40 years. Recently our clients have turned to us to help them stand out in the trade show arena with custom work versus off the shelf creative. Last year, when PCSU merged with Co-Op, they created VELERA, and it was time to raise the bar.
Velera wanted a larger and more engaging area at the 2025 CUNA GAC conference. MIG's senior creative director, Jeff Poe, designed this outstanding organic structure:
A custom printed a 360-degree sheer using an overhead oval truss structure complete with LED downlights and LED moving lights to mimic the client's branding. Theatrical lighting was programmed to move and create an environment that paused during presentations, complete with downpipes and a series of PTZ cameras.
Large logos were backlit and suspended outside the fabric, making the brand visible from the entire show floor.
Spectacular and easily the eye catcher of the event. Even the employees from the convention center came by asking all about it."

From our owner:
"Our challenge was to build this large (31' x 19' x 22.5'h) single-skin structure using no spreaders, and make no wrinkles. A cooperative working relationship with our client, years of experience, careful patterning, and excellent crafts(wo)manship were the keys to success. The right fabric also played a part!"

Key to the photos, arranged chronologically:
1 Dry run in our shop. Note the fabric is printed on the outside.
2 Dry run at MIG, assembling the frame
3 Dry run at MIG, raising the truss
4 At the show. Inside of fabric is washed with blue light to match the printed outside
5 At the show. Difficult to shoot such a tall structure in a crowded hall!
6 At the show.
