Please describe the project specifications
This project was brought to us by Lauryn Prattes, founder and lead designer of Lauryn Prattes Events. The family had brought her on to plan their daughter's at-home wedding in Indiana a mere three months before the wedding date. Fortunately, the roots of the wedding design were in place - The site was to be the family's backyard, and the wedding would center around a beloved tree that had been the foundation of countless childhood memories.
We provided structures to make the best use of the space: Our iconic 50' x 116' Cathedral Structure would be the main dining area, with a symbolic tree planted at the entry to anchor the feature bar provided by Social Supply Designs. The restaurant-inspired reception featured hostesses to greet each guest and guide them to their table, highly stylized flooring throughout, and an accent wall with built-in banquette seating that allowed air conditioning to flow through while hiding the unsightly equipment.
Our 20m x 25m Bronze Ultra-Span structure expanded the space for dancing, as well as a seamless back-of-house catering addition. Our in-house fabricators produced structure tops with fabric from Lark Industries (transparent Solar Vinyl) and Keder Solutions (black and white vinyl).
Pre-dinner cocktail hour was hosted in a 44' x 83' Stillwater Sailcloth tent from Fred's Tents. Sandone Productions also provided turnkey generator power, distribution, and 100 tons of air conditioning.
The show-stopping design, towering Cathedral centerpiece, and touching family memories made this the "break the internet" wedding of late 2024.
