Please describe the project specifications

Sinovac company had made remarkable contributions in the fight against the coronavirus. The Sinovac Tianfu plant located in Daxing district, south of Beijing. The building density is relatively large, with the rapid development of the brand, the entire plant has an urgent need for improvement. Vaccine production workshop implement 24 hours a day and about 2,200 employees. All meals are served in a central canteen. The main entrance to the canteen is the narrow sunken courtyard and is the only way. If the weather is bad, staffs have to walk in the wind and rain. The owner expects to build a comfortable space and let staffs could have more outdoor rest space. ETFE covers an area of about 1700m². The shell structure system is supported by aluminum profile and stainless steel, Not use traditional steel structure.
The project located in Beijing, and construction period in winter is cold which will bring great difficulty to the ETFE tension, our site team transport all membrane material to the site in advance and store the membrane material in the warehouse where the indoor temperature is not less than 25 degrees. When one panel installation completes then to take another panels from the warehouse. To ensure that the temperature is not less than 6 degrees when the membrane is installed.
It only took less than three weeks to install the ETFE membrane structure part on site, and it only took more than 100 days to complete the whole project from design to installation completion. With the full cooperation of our teams, we are proud to achieve the architectural effect of transparency, lightness, simplicity and modern sense which client expected.
