Please describe the project specifications

Our company saw a need for a popup shade that individuals could take on the go that doesn't obstruct other people's views. We designed a patent-pending product and hired a local company with worldwide manufacturing offices to help us build this product. The local company is named CMS World Group.

We don't have one specific customer, instead our customers are any individuals that could use a popup shade, such as soccer parents, fishermen, beach goers, outdoor workers and others that love the great outdoors! Our shade product is lightweight (approximately 8 pounds) and carries similar to a folding chair. Once our shade product is removed from the carry bag and in use, the dimensions fully open are 64 inches tall and 29 inches wide with a footer about 9 inches from the ground. The full height is 76 inches tall from the ground. The shade product has locking hinges that allow it to bend and provide personalized shade. The hinges allow the shade product to fully close and fold into a carry bag.

The shade product is made up of UV resistant HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and will not degrade in sun exposure and is suitable for most weather conditions with a service life of about 7 years. It can withstand high temperatures of 100 degrees Celsius or approximately 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The HDPE fabric will block approximately 50%-70% of the sun’s rays. CMS China is the supplier of the HDPE fabric.

Our shade product is a portable outdoor sun shade designed to provide personal shade that moves with the sun. As easy to carry as a folding chair and simple enough for one person to set up. It is designed to go wherever you need shade. It's the perfect solution for outdoor activities in sunny environments like sports events, parks, gardens, or beaches—even your favorite fishing spot. Unlike traditional outdoor umbrellas or shade canopies, our product is simple to set up, folds like a chair, is easy to carry, and a breeze to set up. Its innovative design allows light winds to pass through. Plus, our shade is just good manners because it doesn't block the view for others as it is a translucent fabric. This was an intentional part of the design, especially for sporting events as there is a level of frustration for people in front having either an umbrella or a covered chair which blocks other people's views.

Our shade product is versatile and can be used for many outdoor activities such as picnics, camping, backyard gatherings, and more. Anywhere you need portable shade, our shade can provide it. It’s ideal for the soccer field, so you can get shade without blocking anyone’s view. It’s the GOOD way to throw shade! Our shade product is a must-have for camping trips, gardening, fishing spots, and just about any other outdoor adventure where you’ll need some shade. Since it’s easy to move around, you can adjust the position of the shade to where the sun is, making a day of fishing or camping a lot less sweaty! Additionally, setup for our shade product is a one-person task and folds easily into a sturdy carry bag for convenient transportation.
