Please describe the project specifications
Client requested quilted, tilt-up, bow pads to be fitted to his boat and to be strapped in with the existing Footman Loops. Vinyl color was to match other canvas work (Halo Bimini over aft seating)
Job was to require no holes in the boat. Shape to flatter existing railed detent. Backs were to adjust independently. Each side was to have cup holder, cellphone holder and netting for sundries such as sunscreen, etc.
Canvas cover to Velcro onto existing rail.
We have refined the design of the HDPE mechanism to allow for maximum upward tilt, and we can now super-impose the working parts of the mechanism onto any shape for any boat without needing to re-design the working parts.
Customer thrilled.
