Please describe the project specifications

"Rebecca Ryan" is a Hunter center cockpit sloop. I built this enclosure from scratch using 1" stainless steel tubing for the bimini and dodger frames. I had an aft grab bar added to the dodger frame and external hand rails on both the dodger and bimini. The skipper is tall so height of both the dodger and bimini were important element for comfort and sight lines. The middle side and center aft panels are Strataglass clear vinyl and all others are TuffakAR2. The vinyl panels roll or fold inside the enclosure while sailing. All enclosure panels are two layers of Sunbrella fabric with a folded edge inside and out where the view is revealed. Topgun fabric is between the layers anywhere there's a fastener and outside where the fabric might chafe on part of the boat. The covers for the dodger and masthead view windows are lined with Soft shield evolution car cover fabric to protect the clear panels.
