Please describe the project specifications

This first of its kind 12,000 square foot solar powered structure redefines what is possible for large-scale agricultural and agrivoltaic applications. At its core is a custom solar-integrated fabric, an industry first that embeds flexible photovoltaics modules directly onto durable polyethylene architectural textiles. Unlike conventional rigid panels, this lightweight, weather-resistant material delivers clean energy generation without compromising on structural performance or versatility. It is waterproof, fire-retardant, UV-resistant, and engineered to withstand extreme wind and weather conditions.

The system integrates a 42kW solar array with a 135 kWh battery bank, delivering enough energy to allow the farm to operate off-grid. The energy generated from the solar array powers the full range of agricultural operations, from irrigation and lighting, to powering heavy machinery, offices, workshops, and farmhouse.

Designed with scalability in mind, this innovative building technology can be deployed across a wide range of agricultural uses, from cattle barns and equipment storage to food processing shelters - anywhere rugged, energy-independent infrastructure is needed. This solar-powered fabric building delivers a resilient, forward-thinking solution for producers seeking to take control of rising energy costs, reduce carbon emissions, and future-proof their operations.
