Please describe the project specifications

Taiwan Pingtung county government divert river water from Wannian Creek to Fuxing Park, creating ecological purification water area. Since Fuxing Park opening one year ago, the park has become a must-visit scenic spot.
The designer focus on the concept of wind and water to interpret the urban natural environment and various features. The amazing light effects at night, the membrane cover such as the light box in the breeze which has become a new landmark on the bank of Wannian Creek. The basketball players can gather and stay here and enter the basketball court together to enjoy and share the happiness, and happily sweat away.
The purpose of this tensile structure was mainly to cover sun and rain water for a common basketball court, the client requested a solution of quick execution, and the design concept of the membrane structure is also in response to the wind and water environment. The ripple of the water is used waved fabric roof and add a rhythm of wind, make natural wind styling into the visual of the whole tensioned facade.
