Please describe the project specifications

We installed a fantastic Oztech retractable roof system over our client's outdoor space. We managed to fit the unit onto their existing concrete block walls seamlessly. Working closely with the client, we made sure to include their fireplace in the design, even crafting a special oversized hood to go around the chimney. We carefully chose materials to handle the extra heat from the fireplace. This project shows our dedication to smart design solutions that suit our clients and their surroundings perfectly.

What is unique or complex about the project?

Entering this project was a natural choice for us as it provided an ideal opportunity to showcase the versatility and advantages of a retractable roof system. What truly sets this project apart from others we've undertaken this past year is its remarkable complexity and the innovative solutions we employed to seamlessly integrate various elements.

One of the standout features of this project was the incorporation of the client's existing fireplace into the design of the retractable roof system. This presented a unique challenge that we were eager to tackle. By crafting an oversized hood around the chimney, we ensured both functionality and aesthetic cohesion.

Moreover, the client had specific requirements, such as diverting water into an internal gutter within the front concrete brick wall. Our team skillfully integrated the front Oztech gutter system to meet this need, demonstrating our ability to adapt and find solutions to meet our client's preferences.

Furthermore, the client's choice of premium options, including the Ferrari Soltis W96 fabric and Dimmable LED lights, added an extra layer of sophistication and luxury to the project. These premium features not only enhanced the overall aesthetic but also underscored the client's commitment to quality and attention to detail.

One of the most compelling aspects of this project is the retractable nature of the roof system. This allows the client to adjust the roof according to the weather conditions, providing flexibility and allowing them and their guests to admire the stunning treeline surrounding their property when the weather permits.
