Please describe the project specifications

Lagoon 440 regilite clear enclosure.
All windows hinge up to the hardtop. methods were applied to window cover strips to hug job.
Reinforced with valmex 580, sunbrella standard with fully folded finish eliminating binding and raw edges.
Correct application of warp and weft ensuring wrinkle free reinforcings, application of 3D hollowing insuring true pattern.
Sailmaker’s leather cut-outs were added to allow for sailing ropes.
The challenge for us was correct positioning of the reinforcings especially starboard side,
it was important to get correct placement for the rest of the reinforcing lines to blend in and look “as one”.
All fittings were removed from original enclosure.
Correct clip and track placement applied and end result was a much-improved enclosure more resilient to weather with optical vision exceeding customer requirements.
