Please describe the project specifications
Fixed Frame Truss Awnings were manufactured based on client's request to suit the purpose of preventing rain from entering common areas and classrooms, as well as reducing the heat. Installing these awnings alleviated the long-standing issues of heavy rain and extreme heat.
The Fixed Frame Truss Awnings were manufactured at different sizes, here are the sizes and their locations.

We used three welders for this project and once Awnings were completed, we stored them in 40ft containers so as to not cause a back log on the factory floor while we wait to transport and install.
Transporting these large Awnings was tedious and required many trips as only three could be safely delivered/trucked at one time.
The installation of these awnings proved very difficult as Scaffolding was required for the entire project. We started at the 2nd floor and made our way down. Awnings had to be hoisted up using rope and manpower. We installed during the weekend as to not disrupt teaching hours. We also worked into the night on the Saturday and Sunday in order to complete the job in one weekend.
This is our largest project up to date.
