Please describe the project specifications

Spirit of Gallo 20’ x 50’ Exhibit Booth consisting of outer framework with base plates, fabric and plexi graphics, mesh roof, interior and back bars made of wood, picture frames and shelves. Perimeter frame fabricated with 2” x 2” aluminum tubing with mechanical connections. The perimeter of the frames inside and out has “FF Wall” channel to accept SEG fabrics. Fabric panels consist of dye-sub prints on 9 oz. Heavy Knit all sewn with gasket on perimeter. The roof structure is 10’ x 20’ white trapeze fabric panel sewn with loop Velcro on the perimeter. Frosted Green 1/8” acrylic with logo direct printed and mounted to the 4 front frames. The Gallo World exhibit was set up at the 2021 Bar Convent trade event in Brooklyn, NY where bar and beverage professionals were invited to network with peers and learn about latest trends and products. The client requested that their exhibit design/graphics promote their various brands and attract the Restaurant Owners, Bar Managers, Bartenders, Beverage Directors to their booth. This event is known as the “Famous Bar Conference” attracting an entire industry under one roof.

What is unique or complex about the project?

The original Gallo World Exhibit design needed to be altered to adjust the booth layout/dimensions to accommodate the exhibit halls existing columns that were in their reserved space. The timeframe was very tight for the redesign, printing, fabrication and installation before the tradeshow opening day. Spirit of Gallo had the opportunity to highlight their portfolio of spirits including tequila, rum, vodka, gin, vermouth and scotch whisky. Their booth was highly successful in promoting their premium brands and they sold a large volume of product. Due to the shows profitability, they are attending the June 14, 2022 Bar Convent event in Industry City.
