This project involved the installation of a single 16'x16' traditional cantilevered umbrella providing approximately 222 square feet of shade over a compact dog park area at the Clearwater Mayo property. The umbrella is supported by a sturdy 8"x8" square column and was designed as a permanent shade solution tailored to the scale and use of the park. With a mounting height of 9'-0", it provides optimal coverage for park visitors and their pets while maintaining a clean, unobtrusive appearance.

Access limitations presented a challenge, as the location restricted the use of large construction equipment. Despite this, the team successfully delivered an effective and cost-efficient shade solution by carefully planning logistics and utilizing the compact GORILLABrella design. What makes this structure stand out is its custom color, matched to reflect the property’s branding, giving the installation a polished and cohesive look within the overall landscape.

The most memorable part of this project is the simplicity and effectiveness of the final result. It’s a clean, well-integrated solution that offers real utility—good shade where it’s needed most—and reflects the property's brand’s identity while enhancing comfort for the community and their four-legged friends.
