Please describe the project specifications

Eide Industries successfully fabricated and installed tensile structure panels onto a rooftop canopy using white Sheerfill SGM-30 Mesh fabric manufactured by Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics. The installation provides approximately 1,500 square feet of shade coverage over the Sky Deck Lounge located on the 4th floor of the Ariva Apartments in Las Vegas, offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

The structure features a custom-engineered frame supporting four (4) flame-retardant PTFE mesh panels, designed to withstand wind loads of up to 115 MPH. Eide's on-site team utilized two 125-foot lifts to complete the high-elevation installation. The project was originally started by Martin-Harris Construction, and completed under the direction of Tutor Perini Building Corp.
