A Olympic swimming and diving pool were set to be constructed in the late 2014, lasting almost 1.5 years to be completed, and with a 3,937 sq.mt. membrane surface

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

To cover an entire Olympic swimming and diving pool, this were set to be constructed in the late 2014, lasting almost 1.5 years to be completed, and with a 3,937 sq.mt. membrane surface,
This facilities are a very important step for swimmers, because in there they train and prepared for trials, to be the representatives of Mexico in the Olympic Games.

What is unique or complex about the project?

The decreasing half-barrel shape, craving for an amazing membrane and a big span structure that made it possible, the height and the wide, all to complete a wonderful space, lighted and well-conceived.

What were the results of the project?

The result was a practical, lasting and amazing looking Lightweight structure.
