Shenxi Base of Shenyang Yuanda Enterprise Group Membrane Structure is located in Benxi City, Liaoning Province. Membrane area of this project is 3400 m² and it is frame-supported membrane structures system, with inclined arch roof form. The largest span is 84 meters and the shortest span is 68 meters, Membrane material is imported from VERSEIDAG-INDUTEX GMBH’s PTFE B18901, which is of high light transmission, more than 40%.
The membrane structure is composed of 36 fabric units. Connect edges of fabric units and steel structure with aluminum alloy clamps and long tension bolts. Because of small compensation value of membrane, this connection method makes the installation work handier. The whole structure is simple and fluent, demonstrating the features of “lightness, graceful” of membrane structure.
