Please describe the project specifications

The Maritime is a 20m x 134' sailcloth style tent. Due to the popularity of the sailcloth style tent, Fred's Tents wanted to manufacture a tent that combined the elegance of a sailcloth with the advantages of a structure.

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

As a host of a large dinner event, Fred's Tents wanted to present a tent that flowed seamlessly from a structure to a pole tent. The translucent material, the flowing lines, and the patriotic lighting helped create a memorable Veteran's Day dinner.

What is unique or complex about the project?

In order to create a pole tent without center poles, Fred's Tents combined a 20m Losberger with a Stillwater Pole Tent. From the outside it appeared to have two large center poles. Upon entering the tent, patrons were pleasantly surprised by the amount of open space, no center poles, and the warmth of the cherry wood finished aluminum. The Maritime offered more space for tables, staging, and for flexible layout options.

What were the results of the project?

In an event where many tents were displayed, The Maritime attracted the most attention. It was a show stopping tent combining beauty and size.
