Please describe the project specifications

The project mainly includes Bougainvillea Park and a Research Expo Center. It serves as a diverse urban park integrating functions such as sightseeing, recreation, ecology, research, and entertainment. Among the highlights is the 17-meter-tall "Eye of the Sky" structure, which use green research technologies to cultivate and display over 250 varieties of bougainvillea indoors, presenting visitors with a truly unique botanical spectacle.
The Bougainvillea Research & Exhibition Center features a roof system constructed with reinforced high-transparency STFE membrane, often called "flexible glass." This innovative material offers exceptional light transmission while maintaining superior barrier properties. Its built-in high-strength polyarylate grid effectively blocks infrared heat and harmful UV rays, yet permits the passage of plant-growth-essential ultraviolet light (with approximately 50% photosynthetic active radiation transmission). This creates an ideal microenvironment that enables typically "full-sun" demanding bougainvillea’s to thrive indoors, bursting into vibrant blooms.
The design incorporates STFE membrane-clad motorized ventilation windows with wooden frames, coupled with a fire-activated smoke exhaust system. This integrated approach not only ensures optimal natural ventilation during normal operations but also enables rapid emergency deployment to evacuate smoke and toxic gases during fires, significantly enhancing life safety protections.
