Situated at the Southbank Executive Center in Phoenix, Arizona, this shade structure marries functionality with visual appeal. Comprised of 5 columns, 8 custom wall brackets, and 7 shade sails reaching heights of 12' to 17', the project transforms a common industrial office park space into a colorful retreat from the surrounding concrete jungle. The client's goal was to create a vibrant oasis, and through meticulous design and engineering, the structure not only meets this vision but also stands resilient against environmental challenges. The outcome is a striking focal point that offers both shade and aesthetic enhancement, potentially reducing cooling costs and promoting outdoor enjoyment while breathing new life into the industrial park setting.
