Please describe the project specifications
Approached by a landlord with whom we maintain a strong relationship, we undertook the task of recovering their large and uniquely shaped awning. After carefully disassembling and transporting the awning to our shop, we refurbished the frame and opted for a Diamond700 PVC skin to ensure easy maintenance, crucial for its roadside location. Collaborating closely with the customer, we selected a Navy blue color that now adorns the awning, enhancing its visual appeal.
Despite facing challenges such as the awning's size, shape, and the need for a quick turnaround due to changing tenants at the store, our team successfully navigated the project. Transporting the large and awkwardly shaped awning to and from our factory to the site required careful planning and execution. In the end, we delivered a refurbished awning that not only meets the customer's requirements but also enhances the aesthetic and functionality of the storefront.
What is unique or complex about the project?
What sets this project apart is its combination of factors: the odd shape and size of the awning, the need for quick turnaround due to changing tenants, and the requirement for easy-to-maintain material in a roadside location. The collaboration with the customer to select the Navy blue PVC fabric adds to its uniqueness. Overall, this project showcases our ability to overcome challenges while delivering a high-quality, customized solution.
