Please describe the project specifications

For this project we had several challenges to overcome. There were oversized panels and we had to go over very sharp corners of the venturi. We used over 80 feet of track for this project. The client requested an enclosure "as sexy as the boat with clean smooth lines and no visible hardware." The client also wanted an enclosure that was easy to use with maximum airflow.

What is unique or complex about the project?

The styling and design for this project were one of a kind and the fit and finish turned out flawless. The front panels had to form around the sharp corners of the venturi. We achieved this by having two vertical zippers that meet at the corner. The center of the bottom of the front panels have a search light that needs to be able to move and also be able to stay sealed up. The two front center panels have 6 1/2 feet tall U-zippers that have to swing up to the ceiling. We used double sided suction cups to secure the overlapping portions to the ceiling and common sense fasteners around the remainder of the perimeter of the U-zippers. The four side panels all roll up to allow for enough airflow for the tropical island heat. All of the panels open up except for the front corners creating comfort in any weather.
