Please describe the project specifications

The Inter Miami CF VIP Club is a 3-Tiered multi-level structure built at the home of David Beckham's Inter Miami CF. The client envisioned and requested a high-end hospitality enclave that MLS fans and club personnel alike could enjoy in support of South Florida's newest sports franchise.

What is unique or complex about the project?

The requirements of this project pushed the limits of what's capable in the semi-permanent modular building space. With 25,000 sq.ft. of gross square footage built over three tiers, the design and engineering requirements posed a major challenge. South Florida is known to have one of the most stringent buildings codes in the world due to being in Hurricane Alley, and the requirements for this structure were no exception.

Utilizing a proprietary tubular profile supported by reinforced connections, we were able to design this structure with semi-permanent and traditional building components. A custom parapet valance system was used to add a sleek finish to the vinyl roofline. The perimeter of the structure was cladded with panoramic glass panels and black fabric cladding to match the Inter Miami colorway. An uncovered balcony portion on the second level was also built into the design to give guests breathtaking views of the field during matches. Given its scope, there were certainly challenges encountered during the life of this project, but the end product was something that our team and our client are extremely proud of.
