Please describe the project specifications
Ready to make the fishes dance for the diamonds! The client wanted to update his Yellowfin to match his style. We came up with a subtle, but catching design to go with the boat and the flooring. We went with a double diamond design to set apart from the SeaDek flooring. Pulled in the grey contrast stitching also for the pop! The gunnel pads have panel breaks with matching welting as well. This beautiful boat is now ready to make the fish dance!
What is unique or complex about the project?
Looking into the contrast stitching. We used 2 color threads to have the contrast flow on the white and grey panels. Taking the time and thought to load the machine correctly shows we pay close attention to details here. The welting from the factor on the gunnel ran onto the top of them. Over time, stepping and fishing, the cord started busting out. With the recover, we ended the welting just before it rolls onto the top so the client does not have that issue again!
