Please describe the project specifications

TERRASHADE is our new temporary shade product, and this is the Sausalito 20-7. We have this and a number of other models available to all of our permanent shade sail customers. It is pre-designed, pre-engineered to 45mph, CA code code for temporary shade, and can be installed in 3-5 hours depending on the size and substrate.

The four side posts are set 20'x20' on center and attachment is via four 18" aluminum earth anchors per corner plate. It can also be attached to concrete patios via four Simpson concrete anchors per corner plate. Attachment can be a combination of the 2 types to fit into intricately landscaped areas.

This is our 4th shade sail project for Canine Companions for Independence. They embrace shade sails and their longevity, but did not want to go the permanent route for this small patio area. Having a temporary and removable option to fit this Western corner for special events was the perfect shade solution and they could not be happier.
