Project Description

This structure was designed to support garage operations and branded hospitality within a major motorsport environment. Featuring all-vinyl roofs and integrated garage bays, each garage included custom-fabricated automatic roll-down vinyl walls that were individually hardwired for reliable operation. The structure was installed across terrain with approximately four feet of elevation change, requiring painted carpentry boxes, extended vinyl garage walls, and custom vinyl treatments at rear doors to maintain a clean and consistent appearance. A black fabric parapet created a strong backdrop for neon sponsor signage, while custom parapet lighting, branded column covers, and branded gable wall banners completed the visual experience. Coordination between structural, carpentry, electrical, vinyl, lighting, and branding teams was essential to delivering the structure within the event environment. The completed structure provided a cohesive, high-performance environment designed to support both garage operations and the visual impact of the event.

Uniqueness

Approximately four feet of elevation change across the site required a highly customized approach to the structure’s installation and enclosure. Painted carpentry boxes concealed the changing grade, while extended garage wall vinyl and custom vinyl walls at the rear doors created clean transitions where standard wall treatments would not work. Each garage also featured a custom-fabricated automatic roll-down vinyl wall, individually hardwired for reliable operation. Beyond these functional solutions, black fabric parapets were designed to enhance the neon signage at night, complemented by custom parapet lighting, branded column covers, and gable wall banners. These site-specific solutions allowed the structure to overcome difficult terrain while maintaining a cohesive architectural appearance and strong branded presence.
