This design-build project by our company features a stunning 1,264 Sq Ft HDPE shade structure, crafted with 62 yards of comtex+ by PolyFab USA LLC in the shade Cappuccino. The client's goal was to create ample coverage for this semi-enclosed area while still maintaining an open feel. Our team understood the importance of achieving their desired design, and we worked closely with the client to develop a customized solution.

To meet their requirements, we concluded that tension shade sails were the ideal solution. Our 3D scanning technology enabled us to precisely design and lay out the shade structure, ensuring a seamless and efficient installation process. The result is a unique blend of coverage and open space, providing the perfect balance for the client's needs.

By combining our expertise in design and fabrication, we successfully delivered a custom shade solution that exceeded the client's expectations. This innovative project showcases our ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing shade structures that meet the unique needs of our clients.
