Please describe the project specifications

The customer wanted us to make new squabs for their "conversation corner" to refresh the area as the house was getting tidied up.


What is unique or complex about the project?

This project was a bit of a different one for us. There are angles absolutely everywhere on this seating area, the customer specified that they only wanted one squab per side and with the long side being over 3m long this made manufacturing slightly harder. The customer also wanted to button this area but specified that the buttons must line up from one side to the other (him being an architect). With both sides being different lengths and slightly different angles we drew everything up in cad to ensure that the buttons lined up along with getting all the angles and corner cuts right.
Along with adding buttons to the squabs they also wanted to edges piped to add that touch of class.
