Please describe the project specifications

Client needed a full travel as well as in the water cover for the harsh conditions in lake of Lake of the woods Minnesota climate. Each surface was patterned separately to get a tight fit. The front has a cris-cross strap that attaches to the hard top and then buckles around the pulpit railing so prevent water pooling in the front. Customer did not want me to come straight off the back of the hard top so I engineered a strap which is sewn into the cover and buckles around the railing to form fit the cover to the pilot housing. The back motors are Lined and have zippers in each for ease of handling. The cover goes around the down riggers to protect them as well. All the while keeping in mind the pitch of the canvas for water drainage.

What is unique or complex about the project?

This customer had it all, from a pilot house, to a hard top, to a pulpit, to not wanting to come off the too to downriggers, to multiple engines.
The cover ratcheted in the back. There’s so much going on that this cover took 80 hrs to build.
