Please describe the project specifications

One of the most important days of a father’s life is the day of his little girl’s wedding. Our mission was to design and manufacture a tent to provide a lifetime of memories for this special event.

Our design team and engineers worked closely together to create our largest Garden Tent to date, a 25m x 40m. This structure was featured with a black powder coated, 120mm x 300mm frame, a 25m x 10m Pergola with a 5 meter custom printed Marquee, a grand entrance through a 9’ glass door with a 5’ pull handle, decorative rings adorning each arch, and verticle glass walls with a powder coated trim to complete the look. With a desire to bring the outside in, the roof panels and gables were manufactured from a 30 guage clear vinyl and a black coated vinyl border.

The installation of this project was not possible without the expertise of our customers. The beautiful landscape provided its challenges. From the front entrance to the back entrance there was a 10’ change in elevation. This required over 13,000 square feet of a flooring system which cleverly concealed a temperature control duct system for comfort. The installation required lighting solutions with no visible chords as well as strategically placed battery-operated lighting to enhance the architectural features without adding visual clutter.

The wedding required space for an elegant sit-down dinner, as well as a large dancefloor for partying late into the night. The event featured running water, an elevated restroom trailer for easy access for guests, and a large catering area with both ramps and stairs which allowed for ample space for dinner preperation and service.
