Please describe the project specifications

This large contemporary design uses large steel frame structure with tensioned shade cloth that gives protection from the sun but allows rain to pas through.


What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

The space is located between to very high end office towers that is used as an outdoor work & meeting space including power outlets, WiFi, flat screen TV's, 2 BBQ stations and casual seating areas.


What is unique or complex about the project?

The way the fabric is attached to the frame structure is quite unique allowing for large spans with out intermediate framing.


What were the results of the project?

This is one of the most popular high rise office building in the area.
