Please describe the project specifications

3 sided enclosure for this beautiful Chaparral. This is a new boat that came with a factory enclosure which he did not like. The customer asked for a much better looking and functioning enclosure.

What is unique or complex about the project?

We replaced the original factory enclosure because of the loose and wrinkly fit and lack of functionality. We gladly took the challenge to improve on all the issues he was having. for starters we installed a U-zip in the front for easy access to airflow. The port side walk through window has zippers on both sides and swings up and fastens to the celling for easy access to the front. The old access panel had Velcro around the pipes and was hard to open and close. We also made sure the enclosure fit tight and secure so it would not flap in the wind. The customer also wanted the area around the pipes to be sealed up better. The back two rear side panels are soft glass and the front panels are all rigid polycarbonate. We decided to do the back 2 side panels soft because the customer said he most likely wont use them but wanted to have them for extra protection just incase the weather turns bad. Over all we believe this enclosure came out very clean and smooth
