Please describe the project specifications

Our objective for the Field of Dreams project was to design and construct a bespoke canopy solution for the Oxford Falls Grammar School campus. The client requested a canopy to provide shelter to two basketball courts located on level 1.

Our proposal centred on creating a canopy that not only met its functional requirements but also seamlessly blended with the school's architectural style. The result was a stunning and durable PTFE canopy, resistant to harsh weather conditions.

The canopy, crafted to precise specifications, spans 2,888m2 across the designated basketball courts, providing protection from the elements for both athletes and spectators. Its dimensions were calculated to maximise coverage without compromising the surrounding view.

One of the main problems encountered throughout the project was the restricted access areas, along with executing tasks on a suspended slab, which required strategic planning and careful coordination at every step.

Overall, the project was a huge success, and the client was happy with the results.
