Please describe the project specifications

Multiple unit shade panel system erected over a habitat tank for Seaworld Orlando's New Dolphin Nursery Exhibit

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

Provide much needed shade for animals living in a natural habitat environment and for guests that come to view and learn about them.

What is unique or complex about the project?

Great effort was required in the creation of the graphic art files and cover fabrication to maintain precise registration for the digitally printed images so the art would flow seamlessly across the panels on both sides, not just on each individual panel but across the entire panel system. The harsh saltwater environment also required the use of marine grade stainless hardware.

What were the results of the project?

The client received a nautically themed unique canopy system that functions as the necessary shade required for the animals and as a beautiful art feature that is attractive to guests from above and below.
