Please describe the project specifications

For this private wedding, we supplied multiple Losberger clear span structures and Keder frame tents with temporary event flooring, elegant tent liners, HVAC and power distribution.

The main tent totaled 20,000 square feet, while the supporting structures provided an additional 10,000 square feet.

What was the purpose of this project? What did the client request?

Our client requested that we transform a vacant lot in the center of downtown Tampa into a visually stunning, “over the top” wedding gala venue that combined indoor and outdoor space, complete with all support systems like kitchen, restrooms, lounges, cocktail area, and reception area.

What is unique or complex about the project?

Building the installation in a very busy area in downtown Tampa required logistical coordination, staging equipment in phases, and adhering to strict production build schedules. The lot was not accessible from all sides, so our installers had to start building the venue from the back of the lot, expanding outward. Great care was taken to maintain the original condition of the property and to not create congestion on the adjacent roadways.

Our team worked closely with each of the event's vendors to create a precise, coordinated installation schedule, while maintaining an immaculate job site, and treating the property with the utmost care.

What were the results of the project?

The end result was a truly stunning and unique wedding venue. The happy couple, their parents, and all attendees were thrilled with the final result, and all production schedules were met without damaging the property or creating traffic congestion.
